hello sir! If we consider a scenario where a patient presents with hypotension tachycardia, we can use these curves to determine CO based on etiology. If the hypotension is due to an internal hemorrhage =>VP decreases => CO decreases. Whereas if the hypotension is due to septic shock where TPR decreases => VP increases (since Pressure potential is not reduced by resistance) => CO increases. This maybe crucial in the prevention of AMI as decreased CO reduces the coronary flow or in a patient with a failing heart, increased CO => increased work done => ischemia.
